HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) – A tractor-trailer crash that caused delays on Interstate 295 in Hanover County on Friday is now clear, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
VDOT said the crash initially closed the north right center lane, right lane, and right shoulder at mile marker 34 on I-295.
