In partnership with Make-A-Wish Greater Virginia and Wishes in Flight, 8News is hosting a virtual telethon, Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022.
The telethon will take place from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
You can donate unused or about-to-expire airline miles for United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and jetBlue by calling the 8News donation line at 804-330-8880 or by visiting the Make-A-Wish website.
Every mile donated helps kids and their families travel to destinations around the world. Once donated, your miles will never expire and are used to support wishes across the country. This is just one simple way you can help grant a life-changing wish experience.
You can continue donating to our Make-A-Wish telethon online after the event. Remember, a wish begins with hope, and hope begins with you.
